It's Day 3 of the Digit-al Dozen In My Garden week! I've covered the beautiful bees and the lovely sound of music in my garden. Today I'm going to share something I can both eat and smell from my garden - CITRUS! Orange blossoms are one of my favorite scents and for a few weeks of the year in the winter our windows are always open letting that fresh aroma in.
Let's get to the details!
Products used:
Polish 'M - Lemonade, Harlequin, Tangelo (press samples)
Moonflower Polish - Noche (acquired from Lantern and Wren)
Ribbits Stickits - Un-Frog-gettable Cuticle Cover (press sample)
Clear Jelly Stamper - Big Bling Stamper (press sample)
What's Up Nails - B008 plate
Dream Polish - Gem Glam Top Coat (press sample)
I started with Lemonade as my base. On the nails with the gradient, I used Cuticle Cover to protect my skin and cuticles. I used a make up sponge creating a gradient with Lemonade, Harlequin and Tangelo. I topped it all with Gem Glam Top Coat. Once that was dry, I stamped lemons!
We have 4 orange trees (that produce anywhere from 40-100 oranges each), a lemon tree and a cocktail tree! A cocktail tree is a tree that has a different type of fruit grafted on each branch - so the tree has a lemon branch, orange branch, grapefruit branch and a lime branch too!
