Greetings and Nailutations,

Today I am sharing the first set of manis I've done using one of It Girl Nail Art's new plates - IG115. This is the Valentine's Day plate, so if you love...well love, kisses, hearts and the like, this my dear readers is the plate for you! Please be sure to read all the way at the bottom to find out which images need a little extra TLC.
Now let's get to the good stuff!
Let's take a look at some of the macro images of the the stamping plate! My quick favorites were the scribble hearts and the XOXO's.
First mani I created using the XOXO and the Cupid images on the It Girl Nail Art IG115 Plate, which both picked up easily. I started with Nvr Enuff Polish Prototype, added in Painted Polish Deux and topped with a shiny top coat. I also used Cuticula Scented Liquid Nail Tape and Clear Jelly Stamper.
Next I used the kisses (lip marks) which stamped easily with all the polishes I tried! I started with Bliss Polish January COTM and stamped with China Glaze Ruby Pearl and Clear Jelly Stamper (CJS). I also used CJS Cuticle Protect and topped with shiny top coat.
The interlocking hearts required a little polish shopping in my collection. Many of my usual polishes I reach for when stamping didn't work with the finer lines of the images, but the It Girl Nail Art (IGNA) stamping polishes worked like a charm! I used Painted Polish Barefoot At The Boardwalk as my base and stamped with Sapphire from IGNA. I used CJS Cuticle Protect and topped with a shiny top coat.
Another mani I did, was spot lighted in my previous blog post where you can get all the details.
Shiny Top Coat:
Top That Top Coat from Heather's Hues
Overall all 4 of the images mentioned in this blog post worked well with my CJS and only the interlocking hearts required some polish testing to find one that worked best. Tomorrow I will post the other half of the manis I created! Which one did you like best?
Happy Stamping,
Kristi aka BeginNails
