CDB Lacquer Fanny Pack Collection Swatch and Review

Greetings and Nailutations,

*Press Sample*
Guess what collection I have today?  It is called the Fanny Pack Collection!  I must admit, I may have sported a fanny pack back in the day....a neon pink one!  This collection from CDB Lacquer brings out all the neon, the glitter and the black light sensitivity!  The Fanny Pack Collection will be available August 29th.

Now let's get to some swatches!

First up is Shweet, a neon pink glitter jelly.  Shweet contains silver and pink glitters in this brilliantly bright pink jelly.  Photos show 3 coats for total opacity topped with shiny top coat.

Next is Tubular, a teal shimmery glitter jelly.  Tubular has both silver and teal glitters and the one thing I love doing with shimmer polishes is placing them over black.  Photos show 3 coats with shiny top coat (1st and 2nd photos) and 2 coats over black (3rd and 4th photos) with shiny top coat.

Gnarly is the bright yellow-green neon jelly with yellow holo glitter and green glitter.  This polish is the most sheer of the 5, so the 3 coats did show some visible nail line.  Photos show 3 coats with shiny top coat.

My favorite of the Fanny Pack Collection is Psych!  Psych! is a fuchsia purple jelly with magenta and purple glitter.  I'm a huge fan of purples and this bright color blew me away and put a huge smile on my face.  Photos show 3 coats with shiny top coat.

The last polish in the collection is Rad, a pretty orange glitter jelly.  Rad has gold small glitters and gold micro glitter.  Formula with Rad, along with all the Fanny Pack Collection was smooth to apply (even with a small brush!).  Cheyenne had provided a large brush and I didn't even need it!  Photos show 3 coats with shiny top coat.

Shiny Top Coat is Gloss It from www.kraftygurldesigns.com

Loves:  Fun bright colors that are black light sensitive.  (Unfortunately, I wasn't able to locate a backlight until after I swatched the colors, so I do plan on some additional nail art with the colors using the black light.)  Easy formula to work with and apply.  And of course an added bonus besides being pretty polishes is that they are 5-free and don't contain the 5 of the nasty chemicals that polish can contain.

Wishes:  I wish I had my backlight earlier in my swatching...but don't you fret, I'll get some nail art done and show you the magic in due time.
