Today I am sharing Red Eyed Lacquer's first contribution to the Indie Lab.  This month, the theme for the Indie Lab is Steampunk.  Red Eyed Lacquer was inspired by a pair of pretty cool glasses.

Brand Description:  cobalt blue jelly with golden silver/blue color shifting flakies


I Can See Clearly is a beautiful shade of blue that lights up with colors as you move the bottle and/or your nails from the color shifting flakies.  Photos show 2 coats topped with Tip Top.

I also had to mattify I Can See Clearly with Tips Matte-r.

Loves:  This color and these flakies are a perfect combo.  LOVE!  

Wishes: I need more polishes with these flakies in them.  A forest green?  A navy?  All the jellies!
