It's POLISH PICK UP WEEEEEEEEK!  *Yelling*  I'll be Red Eyed Lacquer's contribution for PPU today called Wham, Bam, Thank You Glam.  This month's theme is Red Carpet and Red Eyed Lacquer drew a dress as her inspiration.

Brand Description:  periwinkle crelly with gold shifting flakies, pink/purple/aqua shifting flakies and a purple/aqua shifting shimmer.

This delicate shade of periwinkle applied nicely and was opaque in 2 coats.  Photos show glossy finish.

And here is Wham, Bam, Thank You Glam with a matte finish.

Loves:  Wham, Bam, Thank You Glam is such a soft delicate ethereal color and the flakies and shimmer added give it the perfect look.  I am a fan of it matte - so soft!
