It is day 2 in the Digit-al Dozen for the prompt of Story Genres. I selected non-fiction again and was inspired by The Female Brain. It answered so many questions I had about girls, teens and women and how chemicals in our brand work to make us feel and interpret things differently.
Now let's get to the details.
Products used:
Polish 'M - Atomic and Rosé (press sample/purchase)
Clear Jelly Stamper - Big Bling Stamper (press sample)
Ever After Polish - Black Magic (press sample)
Glisten and Glow - Ridge Relief Base Coat, HK Girl Top Coat
Ellagee Polish - Lickity Split Latex Mani Mask
It Girl Nail Art - IG110 (press sample)
Jenna Hipp - Rose Tart, Pinky Promise
Vivid Lacquer - VL026
MoYou London - Princess Plate 09
I decided to go with stereotypical pink because our brain tissue is on the pink side (not because of girls). I selected 4 different pinks and stamped jump roping girls on the pinky and pointer, a brain on the ring and DNA strands on the middle. Everything is topped with HK Girl Top Coat.
On a side note - I highly recommend this book if you want to know what is going on with your moody teen or why you feel confident at times and at other times like the weakest person in the world - it's part of the chemical changes that go on inside our bodies. I told my husband that every single day of the month I am a different person because the chemical changes going on. :)
