Greetings and Nailutations,
*Press Sample*
Spring is officially here and it is showing in all the new collections! Today I'm sharing Leesha's Lacquer spring line. All her spring polishes are named for flowers (how perfect is that?). Leesha's Lacquer is 5-free, so they don't contain 5 of the harsh chemicals that can be found in lacquer. This collection is available now.
Now let's get to some swatches!
First up is Petunia Pink, a soft dusty pink creme with holographic micro glitters. It went on smoothly and photos show 2 coats with shiny top coat in filtered light (1st and 2nd photos) and simulated sunlight (3rd and 4th photos).
Next is Bluebonnet, a beautiful turquoise-teal blue creme with holographic micro glitters. This is one of my favorites of the collection! I love this color and it applied easily. Photos show 2 coats with shiny top coat in filtered light (1st and 3rd photos) and simulated sunlight (2nd and 4th photos).
Sweet Pea Purple is the next polish in the Spring 2015 Collection. Sweet Pea Purple is a soft dusty lavender creme with holographic micro glitters. Photos show 2 coats with shiny top coat in filtered light (1st and 2nd photos) and simulated sunlight (3rd and 4th photos).
Then there is Yellow Yarrow a perfect yellow creme with holographic micro glitters. This polish also has the phenomenal formula like the others in the collection. Photos show 2 coats with shiny top coat in filtered light (1st and 3rd photos) and simulated sunlight (2nd photos).
The final polish in the collection and another favorite is called Green Gladiolus. This formula was a little different than the others, more jelly than creme. It still went on perfectly, but I was able to get a matte look out of it that I really loved. Photos show 2 coats with shiny top coat (1st and 2nd photos) and matte top coat (3rd, 4th and 5th photos).
Shiny Top Coat: Gem Glam Top Coat from Dream Polish
Matte Top Coat: O.P.I. Matte Top Coat
Loves: Formula! These were all really easy to work with. They all applied perfectly and self leveled. The colors are fun and perfect for spring! They will look amazing alone or with nail art (check out my instagram page for the nail art photos that will be posted later).
Wishes: This collection is perfect the way it is, however I would love to see this concept expand to other colors! Neons for summer, dark colors (red, orange, brown) for fall!
Which one is your favorite? I cheated, I can't pick one! Green Gladiolus and Bluebonnet are my two favorite in this collection.
