I'm a bit late for the last day of Digit-al Dozen, but I shall just appreciate that I got it done.  When I thought of stripes, the first thing that came to mind was a nautical design.

It's a Digit-al Dozen week and this week our prompt is "Indie Love."  I picked 5 manis that I've done in the last 6 or so months that have not had their moment on my blog or posted anywhere.  (I'm on vacation, so I didn't have time to create new manis - but don't worry, I have some amazing manis to share!)  The first one is a mani using a Turtle Tootsie Polish that has my heart....PURPLE and HOLO!

Today I am going to share my thoughts on Glisten and Glow's Ridge Filling Base Coat.  I must make a confession - I have ridges.  Yes, vertical nail ridges (hangs head in shame).  Usually I can hide it with base coats.  I have another confession - I rarely wear nail polish full time because after 1 shower, it flakes off.  Guess what?  THIS HAS CHANGED thanks to some help from Glisten and Glow.

Today I am sharing the second half of the 10 piece Turtle Tootsie Polishes Grease-inspired Fall Collection.  This collection releases August 27th at 8pm Eastern.  This collection puts to mind many iconic moments in the movie and Chrissy (the owner of Turtle Tootsie Polishes) paired those moments with perfect colors and finishes.  I'm splitting this post into 2 parts and the first part was work appropriate colors (more neutrals/softer colors) and this 2nd part will be bright fun colors.
