Digit-al Dozen: Navy Stamped on Copper

It's Digit-al Dozen week...but not just any week, it's the group's 7 year anniversary!  So our prompt is Wool and/or Copper.  :)  My husband I celebrated our 7 year wedding anniversary 5 months ago, so the traditional gifts were fresh in my mind.  This first mani, I went with a copper'ish base.

Digit-al Dozen: A Snow Scene Is In My Home

It is the final day of Digit-al Dozen week for December and for 2017 for that matter and the theme has been My Home.  Since it's near Christmas you have been seeing manis inspired by my Christmas tree ornaments - because the tree is in my home!  :)  Today's ornament is a new one from last year.  When my husband and I got married we decided to purchase a "fancy" ornament each year (usually we purchase it after Christmas so we can get the sale).  Fancy means glass, crystal, ceramic, with beautiful artistic imagery.  This is one of our Wedgwood ornaments and one of my recent favorites.

I have another product from Beauty Bigbang to share.  I have a box of 12 pots of metallic foil in gold, silver, copper and multi-color leaf.  While they have a foil look to them, they are delicate and soft like leaf.

Digit-al Dozen: Story Genres - True Grit

Today is the last day of the Digit-al Dozen Week Story Genres.  The entire week I have use actual books for my inspiration which coincidentally were also movies!  Today is no different and I am using True Grit, a western for my inspiration.  There are actually 2 movies, one from 1969 and one from 2010.  I read the book first and then watched the 2010 movie and then the 1969.  I am a Jeff Bridges fan, so I really enjoyed the 2010 version and the book is great too!

It is our final day for the Digit-al Dozen paper prompt and I wanted to go through the magazine clippings I had in my mani-cave for mani inspirations.  I also wanted something that combined the prompt paper for the Digit-al Dozen and fruit for Nail Crazies Unite.  I happened up on a dress that said "MAKE A MANI OF ME!!!"
