Brand Description: A dusty pale blue with strong orange/green shifting shimmer and holo flakies

Winter Dusk has a strong shimmer that bounces from orange to green.  I was really able to capture that green in the LED light.  Photos show 2 coats with a glossy finish.

Loves:  I love the delicate nature of this polish - the shifting shimmer adds a winter sunset effect.

Wishes:  I hope to see more shimmery beauties like this.
