May Indie Pick Up: Red Eyed Lacquer Tamesies Coco For Cocomelon

Greetings and Nailutations!

We are quickly approaching Polish Pick Up/Indie Pick Up time!  The theme for Polish Pick Up this month is Guilty Pleasures.  Bianca of Red Eyed Lacquer has two little ones and she is known to sit and enjoy their TV and YouTube entertainment.  (She may have sent me a clip from Peppa that I may or may not have laughed too hard at!)

Let's get to more details!

Name: Coco For Cocomelon
Cap: 45
Price: $12.00
Brand Description:  Pink Watermelon and guava passionfruit

Tamesies is a hair oil that contains Jojoba oil, Kukui Nut oil, Argon oil, coconut oil, grapeseed oil, sweet almon oil, skin safe frangrances.  The scent for Indie Pick Up is a fruity tropical scent - I get watermelon, I get guava and I get passionfruit.

I pump a hand size "puddle" (super beauty guru term lol), and focus on the ends of my hair and then work it through my strands on damp hair.  My hair type is thick strands of hair with a lot of frizz and natural waves that I have learned to love over the last 5 years.  I did not take new photos this time around to show how the product works for my hair, but I did do a with and without version.

With Tamesies, I can get the frizz under control and I can get my natural waves to look "beachy."  Enjoy the face behind the nails!

HACK REMINDER: I've been told a great hack to use the hair oil, is to add it to your conditioner!  Now I will be looking for a fruity scented conditioner so that I can add this!

Loves:  The scent fruity and refreshing.  Perfect for summer and spring hair!

Wishes:  I wish I could drink it....I love watermelon and feel like this would make a delicous drink.  DO NOT DRINK!  LOL

As a reminder - all Polish/Indie Pick Up products can be purchase on their website May 7th - 10th.  Everything is $3 flat rate shipping.  Join their Facebook Group to find out all the details!

  3. I always forget to look at the Indie section of PPU. My hair has been out of control so I could use something like this.
