September marks the 2nd month we are graced with Indie Pick Up! What is Indie Pick Up? Think of Polish Pick Up but without the polish - indie make up, hand made items like soap, jewelry, lip balm, lip gloss, top coats, cuticle products, a top coat or base coat and WAX! Today I'm sharing Sweet Sage Scents' contribution to the horror inspired Indie Pick Up with the scent He Who Kills.
This month, Sweet Sage Scents was inspired Trilogy of Terror. I'm not a fan of horror, so when she sent me the photo of her inspiration, I sort of laughed out loud. It's a movie series made for TV from the 70's, so you know the visuals and horror is "classic." Michelle informed me it is described as a Fall Earthy scent.
When it arrived, the cold sniff gave me Fall baked goods with something else Earthy which I couldn't put my "nose" on. (haha) When I melted it - hello Fall Earthy. It made sense. The husband and I picked up baked spices like cinnamon or clove and the Earthy for me was almost a leather scent but he said he was picking up something that reminded him of incense. This was my first Earthy scent and I loved that it gave me an Autumn vibe along with a masculine feel.
The wax is on off-white with tan at the bottom, as it melts, a bronze shimmer moves around the dish.
With Sweet Sage Scents, her throw is always strong and the main living area is filled with her delicious scents.
