Digit-al Dozen: All That Glitters Is...Snow

Greetings and Nailutations,

We are now on Day 3 of the Digit-al Dozen for the prompt All That Glitters.  Since it's winter, I decided to go outside and play in the snow.  I know what you are saying..."Kristi, you live in the desert - it doesn't snow there!!"  You are correct, but I made is snow with glitter!!!

Let's get to the details!

Products used:
Polish 'M - Denim (press sample)
Dia, Noche from Moonflower Polish acquired from Lantern and Wren (press sample)
Glisten and Glow - Top Coat
LINA Nail Art Supplies - Seasons Winter 02 Plate from Lantern and Wren
It Girl Nail Art - IG121 Plate (press sample)
Cuticula - Scented Nail Tape
Cameo Colours Lacquers - Snowflakes On My Eyelashes
Heather's Hues - snowflake glitter

I started with a base of Denim.  After a shiny top coat I stamped snow from Seasons - Winter 02 Plate and Dia.  On the pinky and pointer finger I added some tree branches with IG121 and Noche.  Then I added a dusting of Snowflakes On My Eyelashes and while that was tacky, I threw on some snowflakes!  And then I went wild with the snow!  :)

I hope you loved my mani.  And I hope you love the manis below - the glitter is strong with this batch of manis!  :)

  1. These are so cute haha! Snowflakes On My Eyelashes looks like a really neat polish too!

  2. Cute, did you wear the snowflakes during the day or just for pictures?

  3. I love what you did with the snowflakes. That's so creative!

  4. I love the falling snowflakes! Digital Dozen is very creative this month.

  5. Eeekkk!! You have the glitter pox!! ;-) Love this. So delicate and pretty. :)

  6. This looks pretty specially with that glitter placed on the fingers!

  7. Layers and layers of snow/glitter - it's glitter mountain! ;) Very cool way to have snow on your hands in the desert!! ;)

  8. Hahaha I love that your entire fingers are doused in snow, such a creative way to counter the whole desert-living-no-snow thing ;) And it looks good with that denim look!

Thank you for your comment. :)
