Polish Pick Up: Ribbits Stickits Jems!

Greetings and Nailutations!

*Press Sample*
Hello!  Today I am sharing the Jem and the Holograms contributions to the January Polish Pick Up from Ribbits Stickits.  Yes, you saw that right - contributions.  PLURAL!  For January Kristy (the owner of Ribbits Stickits) is providing 2 items!  OPTION 1: 2 sheets of decals!  OPTION 2: scented latex barrier!  OK, OK, let's get to the details and manis!

The first item is her Un-frog-gettable Cuticle Cover, a latex barrier to make nail art easy to clean up.  This Cuticle Cover is called One Jem Too Many and is scented like blackberry fizz bubblegum!  It is sweet and delicious (do not eat though).  It is light pink with a slight metallic finish inspired by Jem's bubblegum pink hair!  Since it does have metallic finish, you will want to make sure that you allow it to completely dry before removing or your skin will be sparkly.

These will be capped at 120 and $6.50 available on the Polish Pick Up site.

The next contribution are 2 sheets of decals with clear backings!  One sheet is Jem and the Holograms themed - I may have squee'd a bit when I saw them.  (There is a reason my first email address EVER has the name "kimber" in it - loved that character!)

The first mani I used Polish 'M Rosé, Jenna Hipp's Pinky Promise and Rose Tart and stamped with Winstonia W204 plate.  I had to create an all pink mani for the woman herself - JEM!

My favorite character in the cartoon was Kimber, so she was put on a mani along with Jenna Hipp Just One Bite and Sherbetcha stamped with Winstonia W204 plate.

The other sheet of decals are beautiful Prismatic Rainbow images.  These are not only stunning but the choice in images are perfect for manis!

The first mani I paired the butterfly with the hands in a heart shape.  They are placed over Polish My Life Khaki Cutoffs and Ellison's Organics.  I also added some flitter flakies from Bluebird Lacquer's Leaves Out, Sleeves Out.

The last mani I did with the Prismatic Rainbow images was a pixie and a unicorn over Supernatural Lacquer's Jefferson Starships.  I did this with both shiny and matte top coats and couldn't decide which I liked better.  Did you notice that the star in the polish with the unicorn looks like a pink mane?

And with matte top coat!

Other products used:
Clear Jelly Stamper - Big Bling Stamper
Glisten and Glow - Top Coat
Heather's Hues - Heart of the Matter

As a reminder - all Polish Pick Up products can be purchase on their website January 5th - 8th.  Everything is pre-order and $3 flat rate shipping.  Join their Facebook Group to find out all the details!

    1. I think it's way more blackberry than bubblegummy! But if it's not your thing I do have plenty of other scented options in my stock. And I'm planning to have a blow out sale in my Ribbits' Toad-ally Awesome Army FB group this weekend! 🤗

  6. You are introducing me to a whole new world: nail art. I am clueless about this stuff. But I must learn about decals because the girl with the red hair and bangs looks like me! I need it!

  8. I completely get why you squee'ed. Those decals are the cutest ever! Especially the pixies. The problem with sheets of decals is that I'll end up keeping them to look at, instead of using them on the nails!
