Hi! I am super excited about today's blog post - a new to me brand that has a name I am vibing with...Geeky Bee's Nail Colors. As a bee lover and engi-nerd by day (*cough* geek), I already love the name! I was sent the Billy Shears Collection inspired by The Beatles Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band Album.
Let's get to the details.
Name: Billy Shears
Price: $10 each, or $36 for the entire collection which comes with a FREE water decal sheet
Availability: Available now
First up is I'll Sing You A Song, described as a bright, cool-toned pink pearly metalic with subtle copper sparkle. Photos show 2 coats for me, but a longer nail may need 3 coats and I topped it with a glossy finish.
Next is Kaleidoscrope Eyes, a bright lemon-lime green pearly metallic with subtle copper sparkle. I'd describe the color as chartreuse - but only because I love saying that word. Photos show 2 coats with a glossy finish.
Right Where I Belong is the next polish and it is described as a bright neon blue pearly metallic with subtle copper sparkle. Photos show 2 coats with a glossy top coat.
The last polish of the collection is With Our Love which is a bright and warm rose red pearly metallic with subtle copper sparkle. Photos show 2 coats with a glossy finish.
If you purchase the entire collection, you will receive a sheet of water decals that correspond with the collection.
Loves: I love the name of the brand - FAN here! LOL :) If I were to pick a favorite, it would be Right Where I Belong.
Wishes: While I knew all the songs, I realize I didn't know the faces/hair cuts of the members of the band!! I had to go ask my husband, which he enjoyed helping me match up to the songs. Now I wish I had more Beatles knowledge!
