Islands In the Streams is a vibrant blue that covers in 2 coats.  There is slight texture with the shreds and reflective glitter, so you will want to use a glitter smoothing top coat or 2 coats of your favorite glossy top coat.  

Loves:  Who doesn't love Dolly?  She is a treasure!  And this blue is absolutely stunning!
