Today I am sharing the polish contribution from Red Eyed Lacquer for January Polish Pick Up.  This month the theme is 90's TV.  Bianca was inspired by X-Files, and I must admit, I was an avid watcher of the show in my youngest years.

This adorable glitter crelly is shown below in 2 coats with a glossy finish.  You're My 1 In 5 Billion applied easily with great formula.  

    

I also had to mattify You're 1 In 5 Billion and it did not disappoint.  

Loves: This is such a pretty polish!  I love the look of it in matte!

Wishes:  I need to see more of these fun glitter crellies in fun shades.
