Greetings and Nailutations,

PHOTO HEAVY POST!

Winter collections are my favorites!  It means sparkles, festive names, and the weather is finally cooling down here in the desert.  KBShimmer's winter collection, In Good Spirits Collection really knocked it out of the park when it comes to sparkles!

Let's get to the details!

Name: In Good Spirits

Price:  $11 each

First up is In Good Spirits, the name sake of the collection which is described as an iridescent topper with color shifting abilities.  Lighter color base will bring out shades of green, gold, lime, and pink, while a dark base will showcase emerald, fuchsia, purple and aqua.  I have 1 coat shown over a white base and a mint base with a glossy finish.

Next is Fizz The Season, a light, pearl-colored baes with strong flashes of gold and copper shimmer with linear holo.  Photos show 2 coats with glossy finish.

This collection also contains special effects polishes!  After Midnight is one of these special effects polishes!  After Midnight is a black polish with reflective pigment.  It is best in 1-2 coats, and does have a texture.  If texture isn't your thing, 2 coats of top coat are needed.  First image is with 1 coat of glossy top coat.  The rest are 2 coats of polish and 2 coats of glossy top coat.  Last images show the polish with flash!

Now with 2 coats of top coat.

Now I had to add in some video of After Midnight in action!!

One of my favorites is All That Glimmers.  All That Glimmers is a rose gold with micro-reflective pigment.  And when we say reflective - it is ALL ABOUT THE FLASH!  Note: The formula is micro glitter consistency, so after 1-2 coats you will want to use 2 coats of top coat for a smooth finish, unless you like a slight textured effect.

Here is All That Glimmers in live action!!

What's Poppin' is a bright magenta with holo flakies and a little dash of shimmer!  This is another favorite of mine - the pink is so happy!  Photos show 2 coats with glossy finish.

The multi-chrome of the collection is Public Displays of Confection, which is a rusty red with golden bronze, to warm peach to gold, lime and chartreuse.  It was difficult picking up all the colors I visible saw in the photos.  Here it is shown with 2 coats and glossy top coat.

Next is Take a Bough, a vibrant green with gold-lime-green shimmer and holo flakies.  This one is absolutely breath-taking.  Photos show 2 coats with top coat.

Wrap It Up is another top favorite on my list!  It is described as a multichrome indigo base with holo flakes, red/orang shimmer.  Photos show 2 coats with shiny top coat.

Next is Tapped Out, the 3rd reflective special effects polish.  Tapped Out is a dark-wash denim with pink shimmer that can transition to green/gold.  Like the previous reflectives 1-2 coats work best and if you want to cover the slight texture, you will want 2 coats of top coat.

Tapped Out in action!

Worth A Shot is a purple leaning polish with multichrome shimmer.  This polish provides all sorts of colors in the light and angles.  I was able to capture the purple-blue-greens.  Photos show 2 coats with glossy finish.

Next is Shake Things Up, a steel pewter gray that shifts in the light.  I was able to capture the greens and slight blue.  Photos show 2 coats with shiny top coat.

And the last polish I have to share from the collection is A Little Cooler, a fun magnetic.  Note: this swatch displays the glowy holo and will be discounted on KBShimmer site!  The intended polish has a more rainbow sparkle holo.  Photos show 2 coats over black.

Loves: So many favorites in this collection!!  All That Glimmers with that reflective effect!  Wrap it Up - because I cannot resist a purple.  What's Poppin' because I love a good pink.

Wishes: I am going to need to see more reflective polishes!!!
