Digit-al Dozen: Tropical Flowers

Greetings and Nailutations,

It's day 4 of Digit-al Dozen week!  The theme is tropical and I've done a tropical sunsettropical drink, tropical fish and today I'm adding a bouquet of tropical flowers.  And in a tropical climate, things get colorful right?  So just you wait, there is a surprised with the mani!!

Products used:
Heather's Hues - Shrinking Violet
Dream Polish - Gem Glam Top Coat (press sample)
Ribbits Stickits - Un-Frog-gettable Cuticle Cover (press sample)
Dixie Plates - Summer 02 Acquired from Lantern and Wren
LINA Nail Art Supplies - 4 Seasons - Spring 01 Acquired from Lantern and Wren
Clear Jelly Stamper - Big Bling Stamper (press sample)
It Girl Nail Art - Current, Coral, Spearmint, Olive
Hit The Bottle - Smurf Blood

I started with Shrinking Violet, 2 coats and Gem Glam Top Coat.  I was really excited about this polish and played with it for quite some time because it's a SOLAR polish!  Yes, that is right, it reacts in the sun!

After my play time, I added Un-Frog-gettable Cuticle Cover and stamped leaves and flowers on the base to get a floral collage!  Everything is topped with Gem Glam Top Coat.

What fun tropical flowers do you love?  I love orchids, mom mother has a TON of them at her house and she loves snapping photos of them.  Be sure to check out the other manis below!

  7. Yes...I do love orchids. Worried how they will survive a trip to Arizona.
Ice chest cooler w/ ice packs to keep them cool? They will have to be the last item moved south.
