Girlosity Cosmetics Summer Time Cocktails Swatch and Review Part 1

Today I have a new collection from Girlosity Cosmetics.  The collection is called Summer Time Cocktails Collection and each polish is named after a fun refreshing cocktail beverage.  The Summer Time Cocktails Collection consists of 8 polishes, 3 crellies, 4 jellies and a shimmery top coat.  I'll be sharing the first half of the collection in this post.

Now let's get to some swatches!


First up is Coquito, a coconut drink spiked with rum and typical of Puerto Rico (where Alexandria - owner of Girlosity Cosmetics is from).  Coquito is a slightly off-white creme with micro glitter of gold and bronze and the occasional gold micro flake.   Formula was creamy and applied easily.  Photos show 2 coats with shiny top coat.

Next is Strawberry Mojito, a sheer magenta glitter jelly with shimmer.  Strawberry Mojito contains light pink hexes in a few sizes as well as light pink glitter shards and green hexes and triangle glitters and silver squares.  Formula was easy to work with, however the green triangles did play hard to get with me.  Photos show 3 coats with shiny top coat (1st, 2nd and 3rd photos) and matte top coat (5th, 6th and 7th photos).

Papaya Spritzer is one of my favorites, an orange glitter jelly.  Papaya Spritzer contains white matte hexes, gold holographic hexes as well as orange matte hexes.  I love the shades of orange, gold and white and how they contrast with each other.  Photos show 3 coats with shiny top coat (1st, 2nd and 3rd photos) and matte top coat (5th, 6th and 7th photos).

The last polish I'm sharing today is Pink Moscato, a shimmer top coat.  Pink Moscato contains pink iridescent shimmer, as well as turquoise iridescent micro glitter and opal glitter shards.  This polish looks amazing over a dark undie.  There was zero glitter fishing needed for the shards.  Photos show 1 coat over Drip Drop Nail Paint Yoga Pants with shiny top coat.

Loves:  I love that the collection contains different finishes!  A shimmer topper, crellies and glitter jellies.  There is sure to be at least 1 or 2 or 8 that you absolutely need!  :)  The formulas on all finishes applied smoothly and were easy to work with.  I also love that Girlosity Cosmetics products are 5-free so they don't contain 5 of the harsh chemicals that can be found in polish.

Wishes:  I'd love to see more finishes like Pink Moscato in future collections.  Such a pretty shimmer topper.
