Drip Drop Nail Paint St. Patrick's Day Duo

Greetings and Nailutations,

*Press Sample*
Today I'm sharing a a duo from Drip Drop Nail Paint for St. Patrick's Day!  This duo will be available March 7th.  When I think of St. Patrick's Day I think of 3 things.

1) green - better have some sort of green on or you will get pinched!
2) rainbows - they are even better if they have a pot of gold at the end
3) spirits - not the ghostly kind, the kind that you drink

Now let's get to the duo!

First is Lucky Shamrocks, a green glitter bomb.  Lucky Shamrocks contains green hexes in a few sizes as well as teeny green squares.  This polish can be used to achieve an opaque look or as a glitter topper.  My pointer and middle fingers show 1 coat along with sponging technique to achieve opacity and the ring and pinky fingers show 1 coat over Electric Jiggle (Drip Drop Nail Paint jelly).  I also topped it with a shiny top coat.

The second polish in the duo is a black glitter crelly called Hungover The Rainbow.  The name made me chuckle - I love a good "punny" name.  Hungover The Rainbow contains an assortment of colorful hexes in a few sizes.  It's an edgy take on a St. Patrick's polish and I love that.  Photos show 2 coats with shiny top coat.

Shiny Top Coat: Heather's Hues Top That Top Coat

Loves:  I love a good glitter bomb that creates fun depth and Lucky Shamrocks does just this.  I also love the darkened take on rainbows!

Wishes:  Since St. Patrick's Day falls on a Friday this year, my only wish is that all my lovely readers don't end up "Hungover" The Rainbow.  Haha!  :)

Happy Polishing,
Kristi aka BeginNails

  3. Lucky Shamrocks is really pretty! I don't wear glitter toppers much, but I think I prefer it as a topper rather than sponged by itself.
