26 Great Nail Art Ideas Challenge: Blue Floral

Greetings and Nailutations,

I'm back from a week vacation!  Where was I, you ask?  I was in Las Vegas - Sin City.  Unfortunately I did not win big, nor did the hubby, or my folks (who we met there).  But we did do some light gambling (I don't like donating money to a casino), eating yummy food, people watching, shopping and decided to visit the Pinball Hall of Fame.  Glad to be back home and now I'm playing catch up with some nail art challenges.  Speaking of nail art - have you had a mani you just struggled with?  The mani for this blog was my nemesis.  I could not figure out a "blue floral" mani for the life of me.

Products used:
Nvr Enuff Polish - Prototype
Heather's Hues - Top That
Vivid Lacquer - VL033 Plate
MPolish - Starflower
Clear Jelly Stamper - stamper, clean up brush (press sample)
Ellagee Polish - Lickity Split Latex Mani Mask (press sample)

I love the base, I love the image that I stamped with - it's just too much blue for me. Then I went overboard and added rhinestones.  So...I created nipple flowers...blue floral nipples!  Hey, not every mani is a winner right?

Happy Polishing,
Kristi aka BeginNails

  1. I actually love how subtle the stamping is. And the rhinestones. It's a cool monochromatic look!

  2. I love Vegas for the cheap hotels, food, and general weirdness, lol.

    1. HAHA! General weirdness is a great way to describe it - especially Freemont St!
