Drip Drop Nail Paint Fall 2016 Collection Swatch and Review and a Little Happy Dance

Greetings and Nailutations,

*Press Sample*
Today I will be sharing the Fall 2016 Collection from Drip Drop Nail Paint.  The colors of fall encompass a wide arrange of soft leaf changing shades and dark vampy colors.  The Drip Drop Nail Paint Fall 2016 Collection contains 6 polishes: 1 holographic polish, 1 glitter crelly and 4 cremes.  In this post I will also be sharing her new polish called Happy Dance - which celebrates a new online shop location as well as a new look for her brand.

Now let's get to the swatches!
First up is Purple Breeze, a purple creme.  Purple Breeze, like all of the cremes that Drip Drop Nail Paint puts out has buttery formula that almost applies itself.  Photos show 2 coats with shiny top coat.

Next is Nature's Way, a grey-taupe holographic polish.  This is a fabulous neutral polish and perfect if you need to look a little more professional at work and then it has the holo that shoots out rainbows in  certain light.  I love the look of this polish and it is one of my favorites of the collection.  Photos show 2 coats with shiny top coat.

The owner of Drip Drop Nail Paint loves her pinks.  So there had to be a pink in this collection.  Autumn Chic is a bright pink creme.  Photos show 2 easy coats with shiny top coat.

Next is Granny Smith, a green creme that makes my mouth pucker.  What fruit comes to mind for fall?  Apples of course and Jessica captured the color of a Granny Smith perfectly!  Photos show 2 coats with shiny top coat.

Fall Whispers is a white glitter crelly that looks amazing with both shiny and matte top coats.  Fall Whispers contains red, orange and yellow hexes as well as green squares.  The glitters were dispersed evenly throughout.  Photos show 2 coats with shiny top coat (1st through 4th photos) and matte top coat (5th through 9th photos).

The last polish of the collection, and another favorite of mine, is a creme called Evening Forest.  WOW - this color is amazing.  Evening Forest is a dark teal, blue-green with amazing formula.  Photos show 2 coats with shiny top coat.

To celebrate a new store and new branding, Happy Dance was created.  Happy Dance is a light pink holographic glitter bomb.  To achieve full coverage, 3 coats is needed or 1 coat with a sponged on coat.  I've already requested that Jessica place warning stickers on this polish saying "Do not operate heavy machinery while wearing." as it is very distracting!  Photos show 2 coats with shiny top coat.

Shiny Top Coat: Gem Glam Top Coat from Dream Polish
Matte Top Coat: Heart Of The Matter from Heather's Hues

Loves: I love that Jessica has come back into cremes.  When she first created Drip Drop Nail Paint cremes were a staple.  They are the perfect additions to a collection.  Nail art - they work great for free hand nail art as well as the base for some amazing looks.  Water marbling - all her cremes water marble like a dream, including the 4 mentioned in this post.  Stamping - her polishes pick up wonderfully as stamping polishes including the 4 mentioned here.  I also love the holographic neutral Nature's Way - it's beautiful.

Wishes:  Cremes!  I love me a good glitter crelly but cremes are my life blood...really, they look like blood!  (Picture me as an alien and I get a little cut and Forest Evening spills out of my veins!)  I hope and wish Jessica keeps cremes included in her future collections.

I love the collection so so much. I used to be a creme polish lover and then got super into holo and flakies. This collection has me going back to creme's. Great post!

    1. Same here - a little secret holo, dark enough to be noticeable but neutral enough to be calm. ;)
