Born Pretty Stamping Polishes Review

Greetings and Nailutations,

*Press Sample*
Today I will be sharing two stamping polishes that I received from Born Pretty Store, which is an online store that sells nail art supplies, tools, polish, decals, and even home goods and clothes!  Born Pretty carries affordable products and you can purchase in bulk as well.  Their stamping polishes are 3-free, so they don't contain 3 of the harsh chemicals that can be found in polish.

Now let's get to some manis!
First we will start with the Green (turquoise) Nail Polish 18 stamping polish, which is item 22338.  The Green was very opaque and stamped easily.  It popped over a light and dark base.

The first mani I used it over a light base called Cashmere by Zodi Nail Polish.  I first stamped with Green Nail Polish from BPS and then added dimension to it by stamping Drip Drop Nail Paint's Yoga Pants too.    I used Cici Sisi 05 Plate and I topped it off with a matte top coat.  This was my favorite mani of the 4 that will be shared today.

The other mani I did with the Green Nail Polish was over a dark base.  I used Hot Chocolate by Zodi Nail Polish and stamped with Cici Sisi 05 Plate, Green Nail Polish from BPS and Drip Drop Nail Paint's Tighty Whities and the final step was topping with a shiny top coat.

Next we will go to the Gold Nail Polish (item 22320).  I loved the shimmer in the gold, which really makes it pop over dark colors.

The first mani using the Gold Nail Polish was with a blue undie.  I used Girlosity Cosmetic's Moonlit and stamped with Gold Nail Polish from BPS and Winstonia Store W312 Plate topped with a shiny top coat.

The second look started with Little Red Dress from Polish My Life, then I used Cici Sisi 05 Plate.  I love how red and gold look together.  I then topped this look with a shiny top coat.

Other Products Used:
Matte Top Coat: Polish Matte'rs from www.girlybitscosmetics.com
Shiny Top Coat: Gem Glam Top Coat from www.dreampolish.com
Stamper: Creative Shop Stamper from www.whatsupnails.com
Liquid Latex: Gem Block Liquid Latex from www.dreampolish.com

Loves:  Both colors stamped wonderfully.  I was really impressed with the way they popped over dark colors and light colors.  I also love that they are 3-free so they don't contain any of the harsh chemicals that can be found in polish.

Wishes:  So far BPS carries cremes and a gold and silver shimmer stamping polish.  I'd love to see holographic colors added to their stamping line!

  1. Gorgeous nails!
I was wondering how these stamping polishes smells, any different from ordinary nail polish?

    1. Thanks Dina! I didn't notice anything different in the smell. I only stamp with 3-free or 5-free polishes though. I was pleasantly surprised they were 3-free. :)

  2. Hi! Is there a full list of ingredients anywhere on packaging or on the bottle? Thank you!

    1. No. I reported what they stated in an email to me. I hope that helps.

    2. I can't find their ingredient list anywhere either:o( 3-free doesn't mean it's free of ALL formaldehyde. Many 3-free still contain formaldehyde resin. They look cool, but I have to know what's in it. I don't want to end up in the doctor's office again...
