Liquid Kandi Summer Neon Comparison 2014 vs 2015

Greetings and Nailutations,

Today I'm doing a different kind of post.  About two weeks ago I reviewed Liquid Kandi's 2015 Happy Hour Collection and I wanted to compare a few of them to her 2014 Collection.  I swatched them on swatch sticks to get a clear comparison.

Now let's get to some swatches.

First are the neon blues with Blue Hawaiian from the Happy Hour Collection on the left and Beach Ball from he 2014 summer collection on the right.  Both polishes had great formula, but 2015 is a much darker richer blue, while 2014 is more sky blue-turquoise.  First photo is in filtered light and second photo shows it under a daylight bulb.

Next is Strawberry Margarita from the 2015 Collection on the left, while Pink Bikini is on the right from the 2014 Collection.  Like the blues, there is a distinct color difference between the two collections with the Happy Hour Collection pink being darker.  Both formulas were easy to work with too.  First photo is in filtered light and second photo shows it under a daylight bulb.

The orange polishes switch it up with last year's collection being slightly darker orange.  Sunscreen is on the right and just a bit darker than Sunrise on the left from the 2015 Happy Hour Collection.  Both had creamy formula.  First photo is in filtered light and second photo shows it under a daylight bulb.

The last color I compared were the neon yellows.  These two polishes, at first glance I would say are the same...however 2014 has more shimmer to it.  Citrus Dream is on the left from the Happy Hour Collection and Sunglasses is on the right from the 2014 collection.  First photo is in filtered light and second photo shows it under a daylight bulb.

Two neon collections and none of the polishes were dupes (same).  The yellows were very similar but the shimmer in last year's collection made it different.

Are there any other comparisons you would like me to try?
